UP GiG Run

Recorded my 5k personal best: 35.35 minutes (I was 135th - I was 56oth at 2007 Philippine Marathon). Goal: 30 minutes.
Did not walk for the first 20 minutes of my run (great improvement), and much less walk this time. The last UP Ichtus run, I walked on the 15th minute of my run.

I should buy a water containers too... for my Lipovitan thirst quenching solution.

Kuya Toto also improved his 10k performance, from more than 1 hour to just 59 minutes. Goal: sub-40! and to be able to run 21k.
